"Not a lot to pick from"
I remember walking in feeling kind of excited to browse, but that faded quickly once I saw how limited the selection was. There just wasn’t much to choose from, and I left feeling a bit disappointed

"Not a great shave for me"
I bought a razor from edwinjagger.com hoping it would be a solid upgrade, but it was a letdown. The shave felt rough, it tugged quite a bit, and after just one pass my neck was already red and irritated. I expected better based on the brand, but in the end it just didn’t work for me and I wouldn’t buy it again.

I don’t think it was worth the money. For the price, I expected something way better, but it was just average imo. You can def find similar shaving stuff for cheaper elsewhere. Won’t be buying again lol

It smelled really nice when I first put it on, but maybe it’s just me — the scent seemed to fade away quickly. I was hoping it would stick around a bit longer.

I opened the package expecting the items I ordered and, yeah, it was just completely the wrong stuff. Kind of confusing at first because I thought maybe I had mixed up the order somehow, but nope, they sent the wrong items. Frustrating since now I have to deal with getting it sorted out.

"Returning it ended up being such a hassle"
I tried to return something I ordered, it turned into way more of a headache than I expected. Maybe I’m just impatient because I’ve been busy and didn’t have time to keep checking in, but the replies were slow and the instructions weren’t very clear. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to figure out what was going on. Could’ve been simpler for sure. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"I was really hoping this razor would last..."
I was really hoping this razor would last a while, but after just a few weeks the handle started cracking and the head began feeling loose. It feels fragile now, and I’m kind of disappointed because I expected better. It’s frustrating when something gives out so quickly, especially when you thought you found a good one

"Did anyone else have trouble with the blade fit?"
The handle itself feels nice, but my regular blades didn’t seem to sit quite right in it. The shave ended up feeling rough, and I’m wondering if anyone else had the same issue? I wish the compatibility had been a little clearer before I bought it.

It looks nice overall, but the handle grip is definitely the weak spot. Once it gets wet, it starts feeling slippery quickly, and I don’t feel totally in control while shaving. For the price, I expected a bit more. It’s not awful, but it’s annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Pretty let down by this razor"
I picked this up thinking it’d be a solid, well-made razor, but it was kind of disappointing. The head didn’t seem to line up properly, and the blade sat a little uneven, which made the shave feel rougher than it should have. The handle also had a few tiny marks on it right out of the box. For what it costs, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"I had an issue with my order..."
I had an issue with my order, so I emailed customer service expecting a bit of help. The reply took a while to come through, and when it did, it was so vague it didn’t even answer what I’d asked. I tried following up, and this is where it got annoying, it just felt like they were brushing me off instead of actually trying to sort it out. Really disappointing experience and not what I expected. I wouldn’t order from edwinjagger.com again after this.

The product pages also felt really plain to me. Some of the photos didn’t make the items look premium at all, so it made the brand feel less interesting than I expected.
I was hoping for something cleaner and more modern. The design put me off buying, so for me it’s 1 star

"Why did this make my skin so sore??"
I really wanted this to work for me, but nope. After just a couple of shaves, my face felt super tight and sore, and I had little red patches showing up. I even tried using less pressure, thinking maybe I was doing something wrong?? Same result. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but my skin was definitely not happy with it.

"Late delivery made me hesitant to order again"
My order did eventually show up, but it took way longer than expected, and the lack of clear updates made the wait frustrating. I kept wondering if I’d wasted my money or if the package was going to get lost, which isn’t a great feeling. I like the product, but I’d think twice before ordering again if shipping stays like this.

"Nice scent, but the lather didn’t hold up"
I picked up the Edwin Jagger shaving soap hoping it would be a solid upgrade, and I’ll give it credit for looking classy and having a pleasant, clean scent. It felt like a quality product at first, but once I actually started using it, the lather was disappointing.
I tried different brushes and played around with the water, but it kept turning out thin and airy instead of rich and creamy. It also faded on my face faster than I expected, so my razor dragged more than usual. I can see some people liking it if they prefer a lighter soap, but for me it just wasn’t really worth it.

The handle feels nice and comfy, but tbh the bristles lost their shape quickly. It was good at first, then just went all floppy lol
